Products must include all original packaging, tags, accessories, and promotional items (e.g., unopened trading card packs/boxes, sealed protective sleeves).
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Return Shipping Cost
100% Free Returns: Return shipping is entirely free for all eligible returns within the United States.
We will provide you with a pre-paid printable return shipping label once your return request is approved.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our customer support team at support@boxecard.shop with your order number and reason for return.
Upon approval, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label via email.
Print and Download: Download and print the return shipping label, attach it securely to your original return package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Refunds & Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned package, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt.
We will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected based on the condition of the returned item.
Refund Timeframe: Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the transaction to your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
